2017 Flour City Brewers Fest Registration

Thanks for visiting our registration page.  Please read through the following terms and requirements for participating in the 2017 Flour City Brewers Fest before submitting your Brewery registration. We look forward to hearing from you!

3400 Guests + Designated Drivers

•    3000 GA, on sale Friday, May 5th

Participation Registration
Space is limited – We will be accepting a maximum of 60 NYS breweries. Last year, we turned away multiple breweries due to space restraints.  With extensive renovations at the Market, we are able to increase the number of slots this year, however, we still expect it to fill quickly.  Space will be granted on first-come, first-served basis.

Vendors will be permitted a maximum of 4 representatives to pour at their booth. Representatives will be given a special vendor wristband which is non-transferable and will be required for access to vendor stations as well as the after-event gathering.  All samples should be restricted to a maximum of 2 ounces per guest, in exchange for a sampling ticket. Note: Guests will receive 20 sampling tickets upon entry, and may request additional tickets at the Information Station.  Festival staff as well as any vendor representative or volunteer is required to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated at any time.

We Provide
One eight-foot table with table cover, ice, rinse water pitcher, dump bucket, and free parking for one vehicle per vendor. Vendors are permitted to sell their company’s merchandise but will be unable to sell packaged beverage to go.

For breweries traveling more than 40 miles to attend, lodging will be provided on Friday night only at the Rochester Downtown Holiday Inn, located at 70 State St, Rochester, NY 14614. One room per vendor.

You Provide
All participating breweries are required to provide at least two different brands for sampling, with a minimum amount of one ½ keg or equivalent package volume (i.e., two ¼ kegs) per brand. Please note: this requirement is binding and mandatory.  Festival will reimburse one ½ keg or equivalent package volume (i.e., two ¼ kegs) of each sampling brand at $100 per brand. Please note, proceeds of this festival benefit Holiday Outreach as well as the New York State Brewers Association.

Vendors are permitted to offer additional selections for guest sampling, without reimbursement, at their own discretion, thus, the maximum reimbursement per brewery shall not exceed $200. Invoices may be addressed to Rohrbach Brewing Company, 97 Railroad Street, Rochester NY 14609, and emailed to brewfest@rohrbachs.com prior to the event.

Vendors are required to bring their own tapping equipment (or coordinate its delivery with your local distributor), and are encouraged to bring banners / other signage.  Vendors must be prepared to present NYS brand registration for each brand served, as well as a valid NYS sales tax ID certificate if selling any retail products.
