This English style porter shifts through all the gears of a great beer using a combination of chocolate and caramelized malts, English hops, and authentic English top fermenting yeast. The beer is medium bodied and dry making it quite superbly drinkable and has a toasted nutty flavor that is balanced by its complex hop profile.
The malts used give this ale its amber hue and notes of caramel flavor. This refreshing brew has a complex and somewhat fruity flavor due to the esters, or flavors, give off by the yeast.
Chincoe The Warrior (IPL)
This India Pale Lager is rich with flavor so prepare your taste buds for a bitter battle between the forces of malt and hops. Chinook, Simcoe, and Warrior hops clash on the playing field of your palate wielding citrusy zing and pine resin. This libation finishes smooth from an extended lagering period during which two additions of fresh dry-hops were added.
Flaherty’s Irish Ale
Flaherty's stylistically leans towards a blonde ale as opposed to an Irish ale. It is completely inoffensive to the drinker, with flavors of light grain and crisp American hops. This ale is specially brewed for Flaherty's Three Flags Inn.
Fuego Coffee Stout
A robust coffee stout brewed with fresh beans from Fuego Coffee Roasters, this stout is the perfect alternative to your afternoon cup 'o joe! Brewed with a unique oat malt from England along with plenty of chocolate malt and roasted barley, Fuego Coffee Stout finishes sweet and roasty with a faint floral essence of English hops.

Next Door Ale
Next Door Ale is balanced with Munich & Vienna malts and German-style hops. The result is a golden-hued ale with flavors of toasted malt and a faint floral essence. This ale is brewed for Wegmans' Next Door Bar & Grill.

You think to yourself, “Why would somebody do this?” and you start to get mad. But then you remember that you have this sessionable Belgian pale ale to sip on that sends flavors of mango and pineapple as well as that familiar Belgian yeast profile gloriously sliding over your PALATE. See what we did there?
Roc’N Hoppin’ Winter Brown Ale
This hopped up libation features rich caramel and chocolate overtones that are balanced by a complex blend of hops. This beverage finishes smooth and roasty with just enough bitterness and pine aroma to keep you coming back for more. Cozy up to the fire with our dry hopped brown ale and embrace the snowy days ahead.
Rare Faith Belgian Golden Ale
Sometimes we jump without looking, bet against the odds, and enjoy success in these moments of rare faith. If you’ve never had Belgian beer before then it it’s time to step to the line and experience our “Rare Faith”. This beer has a golden honey hue and features a substantial amount of malt presence. Biscuity and fruity flavors are derived from the use of authentic Belgian yeast and the bouquet brings aromas of baking spice and subtle coriander.
A delicate and crisp beer, our Pilsner is lagered for at least four weeks. True to the Czechoslovakian style, this Pilsner is brewed with almost nothing but Saaz and Hersbrucker hops and a domestic two-row barley malt.
The Red Square
This Russian Imperial Stout is bursting with rich chocolate and toffee flavors. Mild hop bitterness is complemented by a warming boozy quality that is guaranteed to get you up and dancing to “Rasputin”.
BlackBird Premium Draft Hard Cider
A semi-sweet, lightly carbonated session draft cider with a sweet apple bouquet and honey notes.
