Rohrbach Food & Beer Pairings are truly an unforgettable experience. This month’s event will consist of a magnificent four-course dining experience brought to you by Executive Chef Steve Frank, featuring fresh, local ingredients. Each course showcases a hand-selected ale or lager to compliment your meal.
Course I: Bubbles & Squeak!
charred root vegetables, house cured bacon, sous vide egg, and chive oil
Course II: Fish & Chips
Lager battered halibut paired with hand cut salt and vinegar chips, kohlrabi slaw, and lemon & caper aioli
Course III: choice of one:
filet of ribeye, parma ham, and wild mushroom duxelle wrapped in puff pastry, served with mushy peas and potatoes
Pub Pot Pie
braised lamb shoulder with diced root vegetables in a gold potato cream topped with baked pastry
Course IV: Bread & Butter Pudding
local sourdough, cinnamon, golden raisins and Bailey’s custard
Advance paid reservation only, $45 per person, tax and gratuity is not included. Entrée choice must be made at time of reservation.
