Rohrbach Food & Beer Pairings are truly an unforgettable experience. This month’s event will consist of a magnificent four-course dining experience brought to you by Executive Chef Steve Frank, featuring fresh, local ingredients. Each course showcases a hand-selected ale or lager to compliment your meal.

Course I: Green Eggs & Ham
hickory smoked salmon pastrami, peas three ways, irish bacon, quail egg

Course II: Colcannon Soup
potato cream, crisp baby kale, chive, sour cream

Course III: choice of one:

Corned Beef & Cabbage
local grassfed  beef brisket, nappa cabbage, carrot purée, fingerling potato

Irish Bangers & Boxty
house made local pork sausage, Rohrbach potato pancake, pork demi glacé

Course IV: Black Button Bourbon Creme Brûlée
blackberry, mint

Advance paid reservation only, $45 per person, tax and gratuity is not included. Entrée choice must be made at time of reservation.
