Rohrbach Food & Beer Pairings are truly an unforgettable experience. This month’s event will consist of a magnificent four-course dining experience brought to you by Executive Chef Steve Frank, featuring fresh, local ingredients. Each course showcases a hand-selected ale or lager to compliment your meal.

Course I: Jalapeño Hush Puppies
roasted jalapeño Anson Mills corn hush puppies with creole-smoked gouda bechamel

Course II: Crab & Crawdad Gumbo
steamed rice, Swan Market chorizo, sassafras

Course III: choice of one:

Fried Catfish Etoufee or Voodoo Chicken (cajun blackened)
both served with yellow rice, tempura okra

Course IV: Dark Chocolate Bengit
with strawberries
