We start the evening at 6:00pm sharp with a guided tour of our brewery by our Brewmaster. Then at 6:30pm, Chef Steve Frank shows off his talents with a magnificent four-course dining experience. Each course features a hand-selected ale or lager to compliment your meal.
Course 1: Scotch Egg
banger recipe sausage, Irish bacon, black pepper hollandaise
Course 2: “Loaded” Colcannon Potato Soup
Irish bacon, Kerrygold Reserve Irish Cheddar, kale, creme fraiche
Course 3: Choice of:
(A) House-Cured Corned Beef Brisket
red cabbage, Kerrygold Irish butter-poached fingerling potato, carrot puree, sweet mustard
(B) Hickory Smoked “Pastrami” Banger
Kerrygold butter smashed potatoes, red cabbage, carrot puree, caraway-mustard gravy
Course 4: “Irish Cream” Trifle
Oreo cookie, bailey’s chocolate mousse, whiskey whipped cream, mint
