Rohrbach Food & Beer Pairings are truly an unforgettable experience. This month’s event will consist of a magnificent four-course dining experience brought to you by Executive Chef Steve Frank, featuring fresh, local ingredients. Each course showcases a hand-selected ale or lager to compliment your meal.

Course 1: Curried Kabocha Squash Soup
spiced duck cracklin’, lime crème fraiche, jalapeño

Course 2: Duck Tostada
corn tortilla, white bean puree, shaved brussels, chorizo, duck confit, rosemary chimichurri

Course 3: Choice of —
Pan Seared Scallops OR House Made Lamb Sausage
each served with chantrelle-farro risotto, grilled maple glazed acorn squash, pomegranate reduction

Course 4: Pumpkin Bourbon Bread Pudding
salted caramel ice cream

Advance paid reservation only, $45 per person, tax and gratuity is not included. Entrée choice must be made at time of reservation.
