Please join the Rochester Chapter of the New York State Restaurant Association for an evening of fun, frolic, and chance. Put on your Mardi Gras costume and mask and enjoy non-stop casino-style action, live jazz and Dixieland music, dinner stations by area restaurants serving New Orleans style food and a full cash bar.

This event supports a partnership between NYSRA’s Educational Foundation and the National Restaurant Association’s National Initiative, a School-to-Career program called Pro-Start.

Tickets $50.00 per person, which includes $20,000 in started tickets
