About the beer: This year’s version of our annual Harvest Ale features freshly harvested local Chinook hops from our friends at Cobblestone Hop Yard in Ontario, NY. Fresh “wet” hops are added during the mash, followed by fermentation with thiolized yeast to unlock rich tropical aromas intensified by a dry hop addition of NYS Mackinac hops. Harvest Ale is a hazy, tropical, citrusy medley of hop aromas with minimal bitterness.
