Beer Release: Neapolitan Scotch Ale

About the beer:
A delightfully sweet twist on our flagship Scotch Ale, with additions of cocoa nibs, strawberry purée, and vanilla extract for a creamy ice-cream-inspired treat for the holidays; 7.0% ABV.
Beer Release: Parting Glass Barrel-Aged Imperial Scotch Ale
The latest barrel-aged brew hits stores on Monday, November 18, just in time to be your Thanksgiving sipper. Find 16 oz. cans [yeah, you heard that right] in stores while supplies last, or enjoy a pint at Rohrbach locations. This is the only Parting Glass Series brew released as 16 oz. cans. It’s available in very limited quantities. Our barrel-aged brews are crafted in small batches–-get ‘em before they’re gone.
About the beer:
The unruly older brother of our beloved Scotch Ale, this brew is aged in bourbon barrels for a dangerously smooth imperial ale. More malt, more sweetness, more ABV [10.5%] of the beer you love the most in the colder months ahead.

About the beer:
Golden Amber in color, this hop-forward pale ale boasts mystical notes of pine, resin, citrus fruit, and lemongrass. A classic pale ale with a hint of residual malt sweetness and mild hop astringency for a smooth, dry finish.

About the beer:
This year’s version of our annual Harvest Ale features freshly harvested local Chinook hops from our friends at Cobblestone Hop Yard in Ontario, NY. Fresh “wet” hops are added during the mash, followed by fermentation with thiolized yeast to unlock rich tropical aromas intensified by a dry hop addition of NYS Mackinac hops. Harvest Ale is a hazy, tropical, citrusy medley of hop aromas with minimal bitterness.

Celebrating 30 Years of Bringing Local Breweries Together
Flour City Brewers Fest celebrates thirty years of bringing our bustling craft beer community all together for a night of craft drinks, local food, live music, and more. The festival returns to the Rochester Public Market Friday, August 16, 6pm-9pm.
Tickets go on sale at flourcitybrewersfest.com Friday, May 31 at 9am (VIP, GA, DD). VIP tickets include 1-hour early-access, commemorative glassware, a VIP-only area with exclusive beers and light bites, and a $5 food voucher to use towards any food vendor at the fest.

About the beer:
A crisp, traditional saison aged in red zinfandel barrels previously housing dry gin for 12 months. After barrel aging, this high gravity saison was cold-conditioned on fresh spruce tips for a refreshing, gin-like flavor and aroma.
